Are you insured?
Yes we're fully insured with a liability policy covering bodily injury and property damage. Our employees are also covered by the Workers Safety and Insurance Board.

Do you warranty your work?
Yes all of the products we install carry a transferable lifetime warranty from the manufacturer and our installation carries a 5 year warranty from the date of completion against any settlement of the pavers or walls.

Are you a part of any organizations?
Yes we're a part of the BBB, we're a Techo Pro Certified Installer and we're a member and certified installer with ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Paving Institute)

Will your interlock crew jump around to different jobs before finishing mine?
NO. We will not move to a different job until your job is fully completed. We also have the necessary staff on site to ensure your job is done in a timely manner.

What is your installation process for interlock?
We ensure that we have achieved the proper digging depth, that we have achieved adequate compaction of the sub grade, that the proper geo textiles are used, that the correct amount of aggregate base is installed and that we achieve adequate compaction of this base, that the area is graded properly for drainage and that edge restraints are used.
